Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, such as holidays, processing may take a bit longer, but we will notify you if there’s a delay.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship to most countries across Europe and beyond. International shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use trusted carriers like DHL, UPS, and local postal services to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real-time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Unfortunately, custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please contact our customer service at office@recordtags.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Are there any products that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Custom or personalized keychains and items that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Payment & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through our website checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it right away. If you need to make any changes or cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption technology to ensure your payment details are protected during every transaction.
Custom Orders
Do you accept custom designs for keychains?
No yet, but we are working on it, so we can provide a customizable experience.
What are the requirements for custom designs?
Custom designs should be submitted in a high-resolution file (preferably a .PNG or .AI file) to ensure the best quality print.
